Bruce Taylor, CPA
EXPERTISE: Bruce has been practicing for over 35 years and concentrates his practice in real estate and business planning and structure. Bruce also specializes in low-income housing audits for various regulatory agencies, including HUD, RECDS, IHDA, WHEDA, the City of Chicago Department of Housing and various other state agencies. Currently, Mr. Taylor is the supervising partner on over 80 real estate audits performed for various regulatory agencies.
EDUCATION: Bruce graduated from DePaul University in 1972 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in commerce with honors and has been with the accounting firm since then.
INTERESTS: Bruce is an avid supporter of the various local sports teams.
EXPERTISE: Michael has been practicing for over 27 years and concentrates his practice area in real estate related tax planning and business structures, corporate accounting and tax planning for business owners, estate planning and low income housing audits for various regulatory agencies including HUD, Rural Economic Development Services, Illinois Housing and Development Authority, Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, and the City of Chicago Housing Authority. His goal is to work with clients and other professionals in his network that he has developed over the years to become more profitable.
EDUCATION: Michael graduated from Drake University in 1983 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in business administration and has been with the accounting firm since then. He has also developed a specialty in personal financial consulting and obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (tm) in July 1990.
INTERESTS: Michael is an avid tennis and racquetball player, golfer, and likes playing basketball. His hobby is salt water fish. Mike enjoys spending time with his family.
EXPERTISE: Allen has been practicing for over 30 years and specializes in providing tax, accounting and consulting services for numerous closely held business entities and their owners. He also provides tax, advisory, and compliance services for individuals and other business entities. Mr. Weingarten also serves as our firm's administrative partner. Mr. Weingarten's priority is to provide a responsive and thorough understanding of his clients' objectives and goals to assist in providing the best possible client service.
EDUCATION: Allen graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1972 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Management. He worked in the private sector as a general manager of a manufacturing company and returned to school to attain his C.P.A. in 1981. Allen joined the accounting firm in 1978.
INTERESTS: Allen loves to "hack" away at golf, loves Chicago sports and arts. He has been an officer of a golf league for a number of years and has also been on the board of his townhome association.

Lester Rockoff, CPA, is a co-founder of Rockoff, Rockoff & Company a predecessor of Rockoff, Harlan, Rasof, Ltd.
Mr. Rockoff has been engaged in the general practice of public accounting at the partner level since 1950.
He has been closely involved with management groups of various sized organizations offering guidance on tax planning, succession planning and budgeting, business plans, and various other internal matters.
Managers
Robert H. Freeman, CPA, specializes in real estate development, HUD regulatory audits and audits of real estate organizations. For the 16 years prior to joining Rockoff, Harlan, Rasof Ltd. in 2001, he has been associated with many Chicago area developers, homebuilders and real estate operators. He has experience in audits of complex, multi-layered real estate organizations, tax structuring of real estate transactions, tax free exchanges, lease audits and evaluation of accounting systems and controls. Mr. Freeman also serves as the firm's quality control and audit manager.
Andrew Benbow, CPA, specializes in A-133 Not For Profit audits and low income housing audits for various regulatory agencies, including HUD, RECDS, IHDA, WHEDA, the City of Chicago Housing Authority and various other state agencies.
May Luboyeski, CPA, specializes in A-133 Not For Profit audits and low income housing audits for various regulatory agencies, including HUD, RECDS, IHDA, WHEDA, the City of Chicago Housing Authority and various other state agencies. Prior to associating with Rockoff, Harlan, Rasof Ltd., Ms. Luboyeski was employed by the AIDS Foundation of San Francisco.
